Free Membership
We offer 5 levels of Membership and these are Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Non-Member. For further information on cost and packages, please go to Prices. The variation of packages are such that each member can simply trial the service or if you wish to allow yourself more time to find the right partner then there is the option to register for one year. The packages offer excellent value for money and are very competitive when compared with other methods and dating sites. Of course we have added value in the Astrology Reports which are included in the membership fee. You may use the reports for yourself or order a report for a friend, family member or whoever you choose and each report comes off your allocation in accordance to which Membership Package you have selected; so for example if you have taken the Gold Membership Package then you are entitled to 12 free astrology reports.

Ordering Astrology Reports
Members can order astrology reports by emailing us and as soon as payment has been verified (payment can be carried out by asking us for our PayPal payment details) then your report will be sent to you. The same applies for Angel Card Readings.

Members may terminate or pause their membership at any time via the “Your Details” page which can be accessed upon login to the site.

Reporting Site Faults
Please contact us at support@astroluvlink.com if you are experiencing any problems with registration, logging in to the site, broken links or any other problem related to site usage. One of our support team will contact you via email to discuss how the problem can be resolved. We make it our business to respond as soon as possible, we cannot be held responsible for emails that do not reach us and we suggest that if you have not heard from us within 12 hours that you re-email us to let us know.

Reporting Abuse URGENT ATTENTION - PLEASE READ
Every dating site has been plagued by emails which state that you are left money in a will, that someone needs your help to retrieve a vast amount of money from bank accounts and that your bank details are required to pay money into your bank account. We ask that you DO NOT respond to such emails. They may place attractive pictures of themselves and say that they are from Lagos or Senagal and they will also say that if you write to them that they have something special to tell you. DO NOT be fooled by these individuals, they are stealing your personal bank details so that they can use them to fool others into giving their bank details by signing up on other dating sites. This is a free dating site and we shall still be checking to ensure that these individuals to not pass through unoticed. We have members that are put in place who will receive these emails and we shall be alerted immediately and the offending member will be removed. If you write to ask us why you have not received a message from this person, we shall know that you have not read this very important information. If you do give your details to these people, there is absolutely nothing we can do, we have warned you and are therefore not liable.
If you are experiencing any problems with any other Member on this site then we ask that you contact us immediately at support@astroluvlink.com using subject heading Abuse. We shall require the following information, name of Member and details of the problems this person is giving you and we promise that we shall investigate the matter fully. We do not tolerate abuse between Members and Members who are found guilty of abuse will have their details removed from the site. Please refer to our Terms of Use page for further information.
