Which matching methods does Astroluvlink.com match use?

Answer: Members are matched in two ways. The first method is what we call traditional matching whereby members shall be matched according to information given by those members on their preferences which are selected when a Member pays to use the service or during a trial offer.

Members are also matched astrologically and this is carried out using data that is presented to us by Members i.e. names, date of birth, time and place of birth of each person who is to be matched.

Astroluvlink.com have developed this dating service to bring together single, separated and divorced individuals to wish to meet friends or a new partner. This service is not reccomended for married people or anyone who is looking for a relationship of a casual nature only.

How old do I have to be to use the dating service that Astroluvlink.com provides?

Astroluvlink.com has developed the dating service for people aged 18 and over and we always ask for and check your date of birth. Any person who signs up under the age of 18 shall be removed from the database unless they can prove they are over 18 years of age.

How can I communicate with other Members?

If you wish to communicate with other Members on Astroluvlink.com then you must become a check the option “Become A Full Member” in your “My Details”. You must pay to become a full Member unless you are on a promotional trial where we are offering free Membership. Please note that if you are on a free Membership then you may only have one free report and all other reports must be purchased at the full price. Once you have signed up as a Member, you can communicate with other Members via our unique messaging system and you can also keep a record of conversations held. Other features include the ability to add other Members to your “Favorites” and you can also click on to “Your Matches” to learn which Members you are matched with.

How do I cancel my Membership?

Members can pause their membership at any time and during this time your details cannot be viewed. You may also un-pause your Membership, edit your details or add a new picture. Please note that we cannot refund any monies paid if you cancel your Membership at any time.

How do I get my Astro Reports that are part of my Membership package?

Members can claim Astro Reports that have been allocated as part of their Membership by going in to “My Details” and clicking on the “Get Astro Report” button. You will be taken to a form which asks for details which are required to enable us to send you a report.
